Index Performance definition

Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performance =Final Index Level × 100% Initial Index Level
Index Performance means in respect of an Index the percentage appreciation or depreciation of the Final IndexLevel compared to its Initial IndexLevel.
Index Performance means the performance of the Index over the term of the Index-linked Note, as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula:Settlement PriceIndex Performance =Initial Price - 1

  • This is the maximum Index Performance that may be applied in calculating the Interim Value on any day prior to the Term End Date if Index Performance is greater than zero.

Index Performance means in respect of an Index the percentage appreciation or depreciation of the Final Index Level compared to its Initial Index Level.
