Subsequent School Year Sample Clauses

The 'Subsequent School Year' clause defines how the agreement or its terms will apply to school years following the initial period covered by the contract. Typically, this clause outlines whether the contract automatically renews, requires renegotiation, or if any changes in terms or pricing will take effect in future academic years. Its core function is to provide clarity and predictability for both parties regarding their obligations and expectations in future school years, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about the continuation or modification of the agreement.
Subsequent School Year. If an Education Assistant desires to resume work in the fall of the subsequent school year and notifies the Executive Director of Human Resources by February 1 of the intention to resume work, the Education Assistant shall be entitled to a comparable position based on seniority.
Subsequent School Year. If the nutrition services employee desires to resume working in the fall of the subsequent school year the employee should notify the Nutrition Services Program Director in writing by March 15 of the calendar year in which the employee intends to resume working.

  • School Year Teacher assignable time will be capped at 1200 hours per school year.

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.
