pipeline licence means the licence granted to the Joint Venturers under paragraph (a) of subclause (1) of Clause 16;
pipeline licence means a licence under Part III to construct and operate a pipeline;
pipeline licence means a licence issued under the Petroleum Act authorising the licensee to operate the transmission pipeline to which the licence relates;

pipeline licence means a pipeline licence within the meaning of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 or a licence within the meaning of the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969;
pipeline licence means a pipeline licence granted, in accordance with Clause 19A, pursuant to the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 and the ratifying Act, and includes any new pipeline licence granted pursuant either to any agreement entered into pursuant to Clause 30A or to Clause 30A(4);

pipeline licence means a licence for the conveyance of any class of petroleum or any flammable material through any relevant pipeline specified in the licence;
