Flammable Material. You or any member of your household or visitors are only permitted to keep bottled gas, paraffin, petrol, LPG, acid or any other hazardous material in safe and secure storage and in suitable storage containers. You can only keep a limited amount of such material that is reasonable for domestic use. You must not keep such materials in any communal areas.
Flammable Material. Owner understands and agrees that for Owner's protection and the protection of others, Crosswinds reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any paints, thinners, solvents, LP gas cylinders, alcohol containers, kerosene containers, oily rags and other items of a combustible nature from the Boat.
Flammable Material. No flammable or combustible material shall be kept by Tenant in or upon the Premises and no explosive material, high pressure steam generating equipment or similarly hazardous material or equipment shall be kept at the Premises.
Flammable Material. All ground within twenty-five (25) ft. of any tank, or other structure containing flammable or combustible materials, shall be kept free of dry weeds, grass or rubbish, and shall conform to COGCC 600 Series Safety Regulations and the applicable Fire Code. As such, no landscaping will be required within 25’= ft. of any tank or other structure containing flammable or combustible materials.
Flammable Material. Owner understands and agrees that for Owner's protection and the protection of others, Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any paints, thinners, solvents, LP gas cylinders, alcohol containers, kerosene containers, oily rags and other items of a combustible nature from the Stored Item(s).
Flammable Material. Personnel must not bring flammable materials into the Building without Manager’s approval. If Manager approves such flammable materials, the Personnel requesting such approval must store such flammable materials in storage containers and areas designated by Manager.

No flammable or combustible material shall be kept by Tenant in or upon the Premises except in reasonable quantities and proper containers, and Tenant agrees to use, store and dispose of such materials in a prudent fashion in compliance with Environmental Laws and the requirements of any insurance policy issued hereunder.
Flammable Material. All materials used for decorative or scenic purposes may not be flammable, and must be approved by SteamPlant Staff and, if necessary, the Salida Fire Department.
