Supply Pipe definition

Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and
Supply Pipe means that part of the service pipe which is not owned by the Appointee;

More Definitions of Supply Pipe

Supply Pipe means so much of any service pipe as is not a communication pipe;
