Picture Term definition

Picture Term means for each Rental Picture the first 26 weeks of ------------ rental release beginning with Street Date.

Examples of Picture Term in a sentence

  • To the extent the Replenishment Units are still in the distribution center at the end of the applicable Picture Term for each Rental Picture, such Replenishment Units shall be subject to disposition pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 8(b) above.

  • For each Rental Picture, at the --------------------------- expiration of the Picture Term, Retailer may elect [*] subject to Paragraph 8.d. below.

  • The License Fee for each Library Picture and New Picture shall be payable in equal annual installments over the Picture Term payable commencing on the Availability Date and on each anniversary thereof until paid in full.

  • Such rights of audit shall continue for a period of one (1) year following the expiration of the last Picture Term, as provided for under this Agreement.

  • Despite expiration of the Term hereof, the provisions of Paragraphs 3, 6, 9, 10 and 11 and all rights granted pursuant to Paragraph 5 shall remain in effect during any Picture Term or Second Picture Term as defined in Paragraph 5 below.

  • The decisions adopted at the Yalta and Potsdam Conferences and also the agreement of the four powers concerning the control mechanism in Germany have as their aim the demilitarization and democratization of Germany, the removal of the base itself of German militarism and the prevention of the revival of Germany as an aggressive power and thereby the transformation of Germany into a peace-loving and democratic state.

  • The term for each Picture licensed hereunder (the `Picture Term") shall be equivalent to the term that was granted to Licensor, provided that no Picture Term shall extend beyond the Term of this Agreement.

Related to Picture Term

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

  • Program Period means the period of time which the department intends to support the program without requiring the recompetition for funds. The program period is specified within the grant application.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • School term means that portion of the school year, July

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Commercial driver s license" means:

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Commercial Sale means for a given product and country the sale for value of that product by a Party (or, as the case may be, by an Affiliate or permitted sublicensee of a Party), to a Third Party after regulatory approval (if necessary) has been obtained for such product in such country.

  • Licence Term means the Initial Term plus any Further Term; Licensee means You and/or the Permitted Users;

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • main phase employment and support allowance means an employment and support allowance where the calculation of the amount payable in respect of the applicant includes a component under section 2(1)(b) or 4(2)(b) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 except in Part 1 of Schedule 1;

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on September 15, 2016 (“Expiration Date”).”

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
