Research Period definition

Research Period means the research period as described in the Commissioned Research Plan. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, in the event that the Agreement ended prior to the completion date of the research originally set, the date the Agreement ends shall be read as the research period.

Research Period means a period described in the Collaborative Research Plan. Based on the regulations of this Agreement, in case this Agreement is terminated before the completion date of the Research Period, such date of termination of the Agreement shall be the final date of the Research Period.

• If there arises any contingency that was not foreseeable at the outset of the Entrusted Research, including acts of God or any other force majeure or other unavoidable circumstance that causes any delay in the Entrusted Research, the Entrusted Research may be discontinued or the Research Period may be extended through discussion between the Parties.

Research Period means the period set forth in the Research Program for the performance of the Research.

Research Period. Option to Extend the Research Period. The initial term of the Collaboration shall be the Research Period, subject to extension upon mutual agreement. To extend the Research Period, ImClone must notify CombiChem no later than ninety (90) days prior to the then-current expiration date and the Parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions of any such extension.
