Employment Commencement Date definition

Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.
Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service for the Employer. If the Employer elects a service condition under Adoption Agreement Section 2.01 based on months, the Plan does not apply any Hour of Service requirement after the completion of the first Hour of Service.
Employment Commencement Date means the first regularly scheduled working day on which the Employee first performs an hour of service for the Employer for Compensation.

  • An individual is eligible to participate in this Plan if the individual: (a) is an Employee; (b) is working 30 hours or more per week; and (c) has been employed by the Employer for a consecutive period of 2 months, counting his or her Employment Commencement Date as the first such day.
