Physician Employees definition

Physician Employees means those individuals who are physicians employed by the Group, or by shareholders, members or partners of the Group, or who are otherwise under contract or associated with the Group from time to time to provide professional medical services to patients of the Practice.
Physician Employees means the term as defined in Section 8.1.6.
Physician Employees means only those individuals who are doctors of medicine (including Physician Owners) and who are employed by VERO II or are otherwise under contract with VERO II to provide professional services to patients seen in the Main Office or Satellite Offices and are duly licensed to provide professional medical services in the state or states in which he or she renders professional services under this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding, as set forth in and subject to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof, the Group shall have complete control of and responsibility for the hiring of all Physician Employees and Physician Extender Employees.

  • The Group shall use its best efforts to prevent damage, excessive wear and tear, and malfunction or other breakdown of the Premises and Personal Property or any part thereof by the Physician Employees and Physician Extender Employees or other employees of the Group.

  • Administrator shall neither exercise control or direction over the medical methods, procedures or decisions nor interfere with the physician-patient relationships of the Group, which shall be maintained strictly between the physicians of the Group, Physician Employees and/or Physician Extender Employees and their patients.

  • The Group shall obtain or require each of its Physician Employees and Physician Extender Employees to obtain continuing liability insurance coverage under either a "tail policy" or a "prior acts policy," with the same limits and deductibles as the insurance coverage provided pursuant to Section 9.1 upon the termination of such physician's relationship with the Group for any reason, unless such physician was covered with an occurrence-based policy while employed or retained by the Group.


More Definitions of Physician Employees

Physician Employees means those individuals who are employees or members of PC or are otherwise under contract with PC to provide professional services to PC patients and are duly licensed as physicians in the State of New York.
Physician Employees means all physicians employed by Oncology or with whom Oncology has entered into a practice management agreement, and all other persons who deliver billable medical or health care services under the direction of Oncology and its physicians or are otherwise under contract with Oncology to provide professional services to Clinic patients and, in each case, who are duly licensed to provide professional medical services in the State of Florida and all Technical Employees. Such definition shall include both Physician Stockholders and other physicians employed by Oncology, including Junior Physician Employees, and may include Physician Extender Personnel to the extent such Physician Extender Personnel are required by Applicable Law or reimbursement policies of any Third Party Payor to be employed by Oncology.
Physician Employees means only those individuals who are doctors of medicine (including Physician Owners) and who are employed by GCOA or are otherwise under contract with GCOA to provide professional services to patients seen in the Main Office or Satellite Offices and are duly licensed to provide professional medical services in the state or states in which he or she renders professional services under this Agreement.
Physician Employees means only those individuals who are doctors of medicine (including Physician Owners) and who are employed by TOC or are otherwise under contract with TOC to provide professional services to patients seen in the Main Office or Satellite Offices and are duly licensed to provide professional medical services in the state or states in which he or she renders professional services under this Agreement.
Physician Employees means only those who are doctors of medicine (including Physician Stockholders) and who are employed by Provider or are otherwise under contract with Provider to provide professional services to patients at the Practice Sites and are duly licensed to provide medical services in the State of New Jersey.
Physician Employees means those individuals who are physicians employed by the Group Practice under a Physician Employment Agreement, or who are otherwise under contract or associated with the Group Practice to provide professional medical services to patients of the Group Practice except those individuals employed under a Physician Engagement Agreement.
