Phase I Interconnection Study shall mean an engineering study conducted by the Distribution Provider, that evaluates the impact of the proposed interconnection on the safety and reliability of the Distribution System, ISO Grid, and, if applicable, an Affected System.
For Interconnection Requests processed under the Cluster Study Process described in the GIDAP, any of the following: the Phase I Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, the reassessment of the Phase I Interconnection Study Base Case conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO prior to the commencement of the Phase II Interconnection Study, or the Phase II Interconnection Study conducted or caused to be performed by the CAISO, pursuant to the GIDAP.
Interconnection Study shall mean any of the following studies: the Phase I Interconnection Study and the Phase II Interconnection Study described in Section 4.5 and Section 4.6 of the GIP.
The existing meters located in SELLER's Interconnection Facility (as defined in the Phase I Interconnection Agreement) satisfy the requirements of this Paragraph TWELFTH.

All Appendices B must be deemed valid within seventy (70) days of the publication of the Phase I Interconnection Study to be included in the Phase II Interconnection Studies.
The CAISO will not accept any Interconnection Request transfers after the commencement of the Phase I Interconnection Study.
