Generating Facilities. (1) This sec- tion covers all portions of a generating plant including plant buildings, the generator step-up transformer, and the transmission switchyard at a gener- ating plant. Warehouses and equipment service buildings not associated with generation plants are covered under paragraph (e) of this section. Genera- tion plant buildings must meet the re- quirements of paragraph (e)(1) of this section.
Generating Facilities. All of Seller's generators, together with all protective and other associated equipment and improvements, necessary to produce electrical power at the Project, excluding associated land, land rights, and interests in land.
Generating Facilities. The Member certifies that the following devices constitute the total unit(s) of generating equipment installed and addressed under this Agreement. The Member also warrants that the Facilities have been authorized for connection to the distribution system through the execution of an appropriate Interconnection Agreement. The Member agrees that it will at all times operate its Facilities in accordance with those standards set forth in the Interconnection Agreement between the Member and the Cooperative dated .
Generating Facilities. If a Generating Facility is allocated TP Deliverability in the current Interconnection Study Cycle in an amount less than the amount of Deliverability requested, then the Interconnection Customer must choose one of the following options:

Generating Facilities. GENCO shall not sell or otherwise assign any interest in any of its generating units (as set forth on Appendix C) except for (i) liens securing bona fide debt or other encumbrances incurred in the ordinary course of business, (ii) capital leases or (iii) sales or assignments made with LIPA's prior written consent, which consent shall be deemed to have been given in respect of any and all easements granted pursuant to either Section 5.3(d) of the Generation Purchase Right Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and between GENCO and LIPA or Paragraph 5 of the Grant of Future Rights attached as Schedule F to the Merger Agreement.
Generating Facilities. GEN-2017-010: Xxxxxx Wind, LLC has a nameplate capacity of 200.22 MW and will be interconnected to the Basin Electric Power Cooperative Xxxxx 230kV Substation. GEN-2017-048: Mountrail Wind Project, LLC has a nameplate capacity of 300 MW and will be interconnected to the Basin Electric Power Cooperative Neset 230 kV Substation.

GEN-2016-128: Amber Waves Wind, LLC has a nameplate capacity of 176 MW and is interconnected to the Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company Xxxxxxxx 345 kV substation. GEN-2016-133-134-137-138-139-145-146-141-142: States Edge Wind I LLC has a nameplate capacity of 1900 MW and is interconnected to the AEP Oklahoma Transmission Company, Inc. Riverside 345 kV substation. GEN-2016-153: Flat Ridge 4 Wind, LLC has a nameplate capacity of 134 MW and is interconnected to the Evergy Kansas Central, Inc. Xxxxx 345 kV substation.
