Pfizer Product definition

Pfizer Product means a Product which is being Developed and Commercialized by Pfizer (or its Affiliate or Sublicensee, as applicable) pursuant to this Agreement.
Pfizer Product means (a) any product Exploited by Pfizer or its Affiliates or their respective Sublicensees/Licensees that includes an Antibody derived from a Pfizer Program as an active ingredient, whether alone or in combination with one or more additional compositions of matter; or (b) any service provided by or on behalf of Pfizer or its Affiliates or their respective Sublicensees/Licensees, which service utilizes an Antibody derived from a Pfizer Program, whether alone or in combination with one or more additional compositions of matter.
Pfizer Product means any human pharmaceutical product (including any Combination Product), whether commercialized or in development, in all dosage forms and formulations that contains a Compound.

Examples of Pfizer Product in a sentence

  • Except for, and limited to, the use specified in the Protocol, Pfizer grants Institution no express or implied intellectual property rights in the Pfizer Product or in any methods of making or using the Pfizer Product.

  • Institution will use the Pfizer Product only as specified in the Protocol.

  • If Institution uses, or permits others to use, the Pfizer Product for any research not specified in the Protocol, Pfizer will be the exclusive owner of the results of that research (“Unauthorized Research Results”), including any inventions or discoveries that arise out of it, whether patentable or not (“Unauthorized Inventions”).

  • In addition, if Principal Investigator becomes aware of an SAE occurring any time after the administration of the last dose of the Pfizer Product, Principal Investigator should report that SAE to Pfizer if the Principal Investigator suspects a causal relationship between the Pfizer Product and the SAE.

Pfizer Product means a product that, as of the date of the applicable Generic Product Enforcement Notice or Non-Generic Product Enforcement Notice, (a) is being researched, developed or commercialized by or on behalf of Pfizer or its Affiliates (including by, with or through a Third Party) and (b) relates to the Company Patent Rights or Company Third Party Patent Rights (as applicable) included in such Generic Product Enforcement Notice or Non-Generic Product Enforcement Notice (as applicable).

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;
