Partner Territory definition

Partner Territory means those countries in the Territory to which Auxilium has granted Partner rights hereunder and which are set forth on Schedule 1.47 as the same may be amended by mutual agreement of BTC and Auxilium.
Partner Territory means the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macau (but excluding Taiwan which is included in the BMS Territory), which shall be subject to expansion pursuant to Section 5.7(b).
