developing country means a country which is for the time being regarded as such in conformity with the practice of the General Assembly of the United Nations;
developing country means a country notified by the Central Government in the Official Gazette for the purposes of this section;

developing country means any country identified as a Low-income or Lower-middle-income economy in the World Bank “Country and Lending Groups” classification, excluding China, India and Brazil.
developing country means any country which the Minister, having regard to the countries so designated by the United Nations, the World Bank or the International Labour Organisation as developing countries and after consultation with the Minister for Foreign Affairs, may determine, for the purposes of this Act, to be a developing country;
developing country or “Developing Countries” means those countries that are: (a) eligible for support from [***]; and (b) to the extent not included in (a), defined as at the Second Amendment Date by the [***], as such definitions may be amended from time to time by the World Bank:
developing country means any country or territory eligible to receive food aid under Article VII;
developing country means a country on the United Nations Development Programme list or the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development list which is identified in the European Commission Final Report of November 2001 F8;
developing country means any of those countries whose gross national income per capita falls within the “low income” or “lower-middle income” analytical income categories as published by the World Bank from time to time (or, in the event that the World Bank ceases to produce an index of countries based on such categories, the nearest possible equivalent index produced by the World Bank or another body of comparable international standing) but excluding China, India and Russia;
developing country means a country eligible to receive official development assistance according to the income guidelines of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
