Covered Products definition

Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

Covered Products means wallets, handbags, purses and clutches that are Manufactured, distributed, sold or offered for sale by Settling Defendant.

Covered Products means shampoo and liquid soaps.

Covered Products means collectively, Covered Software Products and Covered Third Party Products.

Covered Products means any product which falls into one or more of the following categories, so long as the Company is producing, marketing, selling or licensing such product anywhere in the world: beverages, including without limitation carbonated soft drinks, tea, water, juice drinks, sports drinks, coffee drinks, and value added dairy drinks; juices and juice products; snacks, including salty snacks, sweet snacks, meat snacks, granola and cereal bars, and cookies; hot cereals; pancake mixes; value-added rice products; pancake syrup; value-added pasta products; ready-to-eat cereals; dry pasta products; or any product or service which the Participant had reason to know was under development by the Company during the Participant’s employment with the Company.

Covered Products means any product that falls into one or more of the following categories, so long as the Company is producing, marketing, selling or licensing such product anywhere in the world: beverages, including without limitation carbonated soft drinks, tea, water, juice drinks, sports drinks, coffee drinks, energy drinks and value added dairy drinks; juices and juice products; dairy products; snacks, including salty snacks, sweet snacks, meat snacks, granola and cereal bars, and cookies; hot cereals; pancake mixes; value-added rice products; pancake syrup; value-added pasta products; ready-to-eat cereals; dry pasta products; or any product or service that the Participant had reason to know was under development by the Company during the Participant’s employment with the Company.

Covered Products. “Products”: the eligible items that are covered under this Agreement.

Covered Products means Fashion Accessories that are (a) Manufactured by Settling Defendant, or (b) distributed or sold for resale by Settling Defendant, or (c) sold or offered for retail sale as a Private Label Covered Product by Settling Defendant where Settling Defendant is (i) the Private Labeler or (ii) a sister, parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entity that is under common ownership of the Private Labeler of such product.

Covered Products means “Covered Liquid Products” and “Covered Device Products.”

Covered Products means any product which falls into one or more of the following categories, so long as GSS is producing, marketing, distributing, selling or licensing such product anywhere in the world: fruit puree smoothies, health and sports drinks and beverages marketed as thirst quenchers or as healthy; and items GSS produces for the food service market.
