Traditional Territory definition

Traditional Territory means, subject to a Yukon First Nation Final Agreement, with respect to each Yukon First Nation and each Yukon Indian Person enrolled in that Yukon First Nation's Final Agreement, the geographic area within the Yukon identified as that Yukon First Nation's Traditional Territory on the map referred to in 2.9.0.
Traditional Territory means that territory as described in Schedule “A” hereto.
Traditional Territory means the geographic area within the Yukon identified as the traditional territory of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation on the map referred to in section 2.9.0. of the final agreement;

More Definitions of Traditional Territory

Traditional Territory means the traditional territory claimed by Chawathil First Nation located within British Columbia as identified by Chawathil First Nation and shown in bold black on the map attached in Appendix A. “Zone Ain this Agreement, refers to the Chilliwack Natural Resource District - Coast Region as per The Chawathil First Nation First Nation Traditional Territory Map, attached in Appendix A, page 15. “Zone B” in this Agreement, refers to the Cascades Natural Resource District – Thomson Okanagan Region as per The Chawathil First Nation First Nation Traditional Territory Map, attached in Appendix A, page 15.
Traditional Territory means the area of land in Canada historically used by an Entitlement First Nation at the date the Entitlement First Nation or its Predecessor Band signed or adhered to a Treaty;
Traditional Territory means the geographic area within the Yukon identified as the Dawson First Nation Traditional Territory on the maps referred to in 2.9.0 of the Final Agreement; "Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in Council" has the same meaning as in the Constitution;
Traditional Territory means the geographic area within the Yukon identified as the Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation Traditional Territory on the maps referred to in 2.9.O of the Final Agreement;
