Owner’s Engineer definition

Owner’s Engineer means any engineering firm or firms or other engineer or engineers selected and designated by Owner.
Owner’s Engineer means a Consulting Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario, retained by the Owner to carry out the obligations of this Agreement. Any obligations imposed on the Owner's Engineer by this Agreement are obligations of the Owner which are to be discharged by the Owner's Engineer.
Owner’s Engineer means one or more consultants or engineering firms contracted by the Project Coordination Unit to provide support in the management, coordination, supervision, quality control and oversight of the implementation of activities financed under the Project.

More Definitions of Owner’s Engineer

Owner’s Engineer means the consulting firm hired by the Recipient pursuant to Electricity Sector Recovery Project, referenced in Section I.A.1. (d) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, which shall be maintained throughout the implementation of this Project.
Owner’s Engineer means an engineer appointed by Owner as may be changed from time to time, and confirmed in a notice to Contractor.
Owner’s Engineer means the generation facility in-house professional engineer;
Owner’s Engineer means a qualified engineering firm appointed by the Company to supervise the execution of the work contracted for under the EPC Contract.
Owner’s Engineer means the Person(s) designated by Owner to perform services for Owner in connection with the Facility and solely for Facility Purposes, who is (are) subject to the prior written approval of Contractor (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) and who has entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Owner relative to Facility Documentation, substantially on the terms of Exhibit O-1. Notwithstanding the above, no written approval is required from Contractor for Owner to designate an Owner’s Engineer in the event of a termination of the Agreement under Section 22.2(a).
Owner’s Engineer means the independent engineering consultant or engineering firm with international reputation which is engaged by Party B to be responsible for monitoring and supervising the EPC Contractor in performing the EPC Contract including engineering, design, construction and performance acceptance under the EPC Contract.
Owner’s Engineer means the Person(s) selected by Owners to perform services for Owners in connection with the Facility and solely for Facility Purposes, who is subject to the prior written approval of Contractor and who has entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Contractor and Owners relative to AP1000 Facility Information, the terms of which are at least as restrictive as those stated in Article 19.
