Option Package definition

Option Package means (a) with respect to Intellia, the following information related to all Intellia Liver Products Directed to a given Intellia Liver Target to be provided to Regeneron pursuant to Section 5.1(d), or (b) with respect to Regeneron, the following information related to all Regeneron Products Directed to a given Regeneron Target to be provided to Intellia pursuant to Section 5.2(b), as applicable:

Option Package means, with respect to a given Collaboration Development Program, the results and data to be delivered to Allergan at the conclusion of Editas’ Development obligations with respect to such Collaboration Development Program, which results and data shall be sufficient for the ASC to evaluate each category of the Option Package Criteria determined in advance for such Collaboration Development Program.

Option Package has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.2 (Option Period).

Option Package. The Borrower shall issue to Investec an option package convertible into 15 million ordinary shares in the Borrower, on the earlier of first drawdown or 30 days after signature of the Facility agreement (the “Options”).
