Each Receivable reflected in any Purchase Report as an Eligible Receivable was an Eligible Receivable on the date of its acquisition by Buyer hereunder.
The Issuer (or the initial Servicer) shall provide the Trustee with a Purchase Report as to the amount of Issuer Distributions for any Business Day, and delivery of such Purchase Report shall be deemed to be a certification by the Issuer that the foregoing conditions were satisfied.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, on each Settlement Date, Buyer and each Originator shall effect a settlement of all amounts paid by Buyer and all Receivables purchased by Buyer during the Calculation Period (based on the information contained in the Purchase Report for such Calculation Period) to which such Settlement Date relates.
