No ink-original Notice of Exercise shall be required, nor shall any medallion guarantee (or other type of guarantee or notarization) of any Notice of Exercise form be required.
As used herein, “Standard Settlement Period” means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Shares as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.
