OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS. During the Term, Landlord shall operate all Common Areas within the Building and the Project. Any disputes concerning the foregoing shall be submitted to and resolved by JAMS arbitration pursuant to Section 22.7 of this Lease. Landlord's operation, maintenance and repair of the Common Areas shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Premises.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS. Landlord agrees to cause to be operated and maintained during the term of this Lease all common areas within the Development. The manner in which such areas and facilities shall be operated and maintained, and the expenditures therefor, shall be at the sole discretion of Landlord and the use of such areas and facilities shall be subject to such regulations as Landlord shall make from time to time.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS. 27 Landlord shall cause to be operated and maintained during the Term all “Common Areas” (as 28 defined below). The manner in which such areas and facilities shall be operated and maintained, and the 29 expenditures therefor, shall be at the sole discretion of Landlord and the use of such areas and facilities 30 shall be subject to such regulations as Landlord may establish, modify and enforce from time to time.
