The term "“Common Areas" ” shall mean all areas within the exterior boundaries of the Building and other buildings in the Project which are not held for exclusive use by persons entitled to occupy space, and all other appurtenant areas and improvements within the Project provided by Landlord for the common use of Landlord and tenants and their respective employees and invitees, including without limitation parking areas and structures, driveways, sidewalks, landscaped and planted areas, hallways and interior stairwells not located within the premises of any tenant, common electrical rooms and roof access entries, common entrances and lobbies, elevators, and restrooms not located within the premises of any tenant.
