Notice of Legal Actions. The Contractor must notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for a violation of any laws, rules, codes, ordinances or licensing requirements within 30 days of the action being filed. The Contractor must notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for a breach of a contract of similar size and scope to this Contract within 30 days of the action being filed. Failure to notify the Department of a legal action within 30 days of the action will be grounds for termination for cause of the Contract.
Notice of Legal Actions. Each party hereto shall, within five (5) business days of receipt thereof, give written notice to the other party hereto of (i) any notice, advice or other communication from any Governmental Authority or any source whatsoever with respect to Hazardous Substances on, from or affecting the Property, and (ii) any legal action brought against such party or related to the Property, with respect to which Indemnitor may have liability under this Agreement. Such notice shall comply with the provisions of Section 15 hereof.
Notice of Legal Actions. The Provider shall notify the Department of potential or actual legal actions taken against the Provider related to services provided through this Contract or that may impact the Provider's ability to deliver the contractual services, or that may adversely impact the Department. The Provider shall notify the Department's Contract Manager within ten (10) days of Provider becoming aware of such actions or potential actions or from the day of the legal filing, whichever comes first.
Notice of Legal Actions. The Network Service Provider shall notify the Managing Entity of legal actions taken against them or potential actions such as lawsuits related to services provided through this contract or that may impact the Network Service Provider's ability to deliver the contractual services, or adversely impact the Managing Entity or the Department. The Managing Entity’s Network Manager shall be notified within ten (10) days of Network Service Provider becoming aware of such actions or from the day of the legal filing, whichever comes first.

Within 30 days of the action being filed, Contractor shall notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it involving the contractual provision of rental vehicles, and alleging violation of any laws, rules, codes, ordinances, or licensing requirements which would materially impact Contractor’s ability to perform or to fulfill its obligations under the Contract. In addition, Contractor shall notify the Department of any legal actions filed against it for breach of a contract of similar size and scope to this Contract within 30 days of the action being filed. Failure to notify the Department of a legal action as required above within 30 days of the action being filed may be grounds for termination or nonrenewal of the Contract.
Notice of Legal Actions. The Party entitled to indemnification pursuant to this Section 7 (the “Indemnified Party”) shall promptly notify the Party liable for indemnification pursuant to this Section 7 (the “Indemnifying Party”) and shall provide to the Indemnifying Party all information and documentation necessary to support and verify any Losses that the Indemnified Party shall have determined to have given, or is reasonably likely to give, rise to a claim for indemnification hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the failure to so notify the Indemnifying Party in a timely manner shall not relieve the Indemnifying Party of any liability that it may have to any Indemnified Party, except to the extent that the Indemnifying Party demonstrates that it is prejudiced by the Indemnified Party’s failure to give such notice promptly.

Notice of Legal Actions. Within seven days of receipt, Franchisee will notify Franchisor and provide copies of: (i) any Claim involving the Hotel, Franchisee or Franchisor; (ii) any judgment, order, or other decree related to the Hotel or Franchisee; or (iii) any inspection reports and warnings about a material failure to meet health or life safety requirements or any other material violation of Applicable Law related to the Hotel or Franchisee. This Section 22.2 will not change any notice requirement that Franchisee may have under any insurance policies.
Notice of Legal Actions. Indemnitor shall give prompt written notice to Lender of (a) any notice, advice, demand, claim or other communication from any governmental entity or any source with respect to Hazardous Materials affecting the Property in violation (or alleged violation) of Environmental Laws and (b) any legal action brought against such party or related to the Property, with respect to which any Indemnitor may have liability under this Agreement.
