Environmental Indemnity Agreement definition

Environmental Indemnity Agreement means the Environmental Indemnity Agreement dated as of the Closing Date, from Borrower and the Guarantor, collectively, as indemnitor, to Lender, as indemnitee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
