Noncontributing definition

Noncontributing means any improvements, buildings, structures, accessory structures, sites or objects which are not integral components of a historic district because they neither date from a time period for which the historic district is significant, nor represent an architectural style, period, or construction method for which the historic district is significant.
Noncontributing means a property which either does not date to the historic period or has not retained sufficient physical integrity so as to convey its historic character.
Noncontributing means any buildings, structures, sites, objects or improvements which do not have significant historical value because they neither date from a time period nor represent an architectural type, period or method which is historically significant.

Examples of Noncontributing in a sentence

  • An example of the operation of this Section 7.3 with respect to a re-allocation of Interests upon the first failure of a Noncontributing Member to make an Additional Contribution, is set forth in Schedule B attached hereto.

  • In the event that more than one Contributing Member desires to make an Additional Contribution, or is permitted to make a Default Loan, on account of the Noncontributing Member, each such Contributing Member shall be permitted to participate in proportion to their respective Interests.

  • Coverage for the additional insureds shall apply as Primary and Non-contributing Insurance before any other insurance or self-insurance, including any deductible or self-insured retention, maintained by, or provided to, the additional insured’s.

  • If the General Partner makes such a request, no Partner shall be required to make such Additional Capital Contribution, provided that if any Partner elects not to make the Additional Capital Contribution (a "Noncontributing Partner"), the other Partners (the "Contributing Partners") shall have the right to contribute to the Partnership the amount of cash that the Noncontributing Partner or Partners failed to contribute.

  • All Distributions to the Noncontributing Partner hereunder shall be applied first to payment of any interest due under any Default Loan and then to principal until all amounts due thereunder are paid in full.

  • Any such Default Loans shall be with full recourse to the Noncontributing Partner and shall be secured by the Noncontributing Partner’s Interest including, without limitation, such Noncontributing Partner’s right to Distributions.

  • In furtherance thereof, upon the making of such Default Loan, the Noncontributing Partner hereby pledges, assigns and grants a security interest in its Interest to the Contributing Partner and agrees to execute such documents and statements reasonably requested by the Contributing Partner to further evidence and secure such security interest.

  • All such insurance shall be Primary and Noncontributing with any other insurance held by City's Department where liability arises out of or results from the acts or omissions of Licensee, its agents, employees, officers, assigns, or any person or entity acting for or on behalf of Licensee.

  • For purposes hereof, each Partner’s Base Amount shall be equal to the sum of (1) the amount of cash contributed to the Partnership by such Partner in respect of the current call for capital (including amounts contributed on behalf of any Noncontributing Partner or Partners), plus (2) the product of (x) the Partner’s Sharing Percentage (as in effect immediately before the capital call in question) multiplied by (y) the “Value of the Partnership” of the date of such capital call.

  • All such insurance shall be Primary and Noncontributing with any other insurance held by LADWP where liability arises out of or results from the negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Licensee, its agents, employees, officers, assigns, or any person or entity acting for or on behalf of Licensee.

  • Precontribution Gain has the meaning set forth in subparagraph 4(c) of Exhibit B.

  • After-Tax Contributions means amounts withheld from an Employee’s Compensation pursuant to a Salary Reduction Agreement after all applicable state and federal taxes have been deducted. Such amounts are withheld for purposes of purchasing one or more of the Benefit Package Options available under the Plan.

  • Catch-Up Contributions means Salary Reduction Contributions made to the Plan that are in excess of an otherwise applicable Plan limit and that are made by Participants who are Age 50 or over by the end of their taxable years. An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Pre-Tax Contributions means, for any Participant, the aggregate of the Participant's Basic Pre-Tax Contributions and Supplemental Pre-Tax Contributions contributed to the applicable Pre-Tax Contribution Account.

  • Simulated Gain means the amount of gain realized from the sale or other disposition of Depletable Property as calculated in Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv)(k)(2).
