The amount of CTA Indemnities which remain unrepaid by a Member shall be treated as a Contribution Loan with the Member who incurred (or whose Affiliate incurred) such damages as the Contributing Member and the Member who caused (or whose Affiliate caused) such damages as the Non-Contributing Member.
