Examples of Non-Confidential Information in a sentence
As used herein, "Non-Confidential Information" shall mean any information which (a) is or becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a disclosure by the Lender or the Lender's representatives, or (b) becomes available to the Lender on a non-confidential basis from a source other than the Company or one of its agents or (c) was known to the Lender on a non-confidential basis prior to its disclosure to the Lender by the Company or one of its agents.
Either Authority may use Confidential Information or Non-Confidential Information obtained under this MOU for the purpose of carrying out their respective mandates.
Discloser waives all claims or portions of claims that assert the confidentiality of, limitation of use of, breach of duty of care with respect to, or breach of this Agreement with respect to, Non-Confidential Information arising at any time or with respect to Confidential Information arising or continuing respectively after the end of the Protection Period.
