NO LEMON. GUARANTEE – Coverage for the following: if Your Product has three (3) repairs covered under this Agreement for the same problem (“Qualifying Service Repairs”) and a fourth (4th) repair is required for the same covered problem, We will replace Your original Product with one of like kind and quality, but not necessarily same brand or color, or, at Our sole discretion, provide You with reimbursement for a replacement. If You receive a replacement under this NO LEMON GUARANTEE, Our obligations under this Agreement shall be considered fulfilled in their entirety and Your coverage will end. NO LEMON. Policy – While covered under this Plan and after the product requires covered service on three (3) separate occasions for the same component and this product requires a fourth repair, as determined by our authorized service center ADMINISTRATO R will replace the product with a product of comparable performance, the value of which may not exceed the original purchase price. Authorized service repair receipts from three (3) separate repair incidents must be sent to ADMINISTRATOR in order to qualify for replacement. Product failures must be covered by the terms and conditions of this Plan. Replacement terms in General Conditions (c) apply.

Examples of NO LEMON in a sentence

  • Preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the USA are not considered repairs for the purposes of this NO LEMON GUARANTEE.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Weathertight means that in any sea conditions water will not penetrate into the ship.
