WorkSafeBC definition
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board, a provincial Crown corporation created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia);
WorkSafeBC means the British Columbia Provincial governmental organization by that name which is responsible, inter alia, for promoting workplace health and safety for the workers and employers of British Columbia, and for working with the affected parties to provide return-to-work rehabilitation, compensation, health care benefits and a range of other services, in the event of work-related injuries or diseases suffered by workers in British Columbia.
WorkSafeBC means the entity formerly known as Workers Compensation Board (British Columbia) an entity created pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and any reference to “WorkSafeBC” requirements includes a reference to that Act as well as all regulations and directives enacted or issued from time to time pursuant to that Act, all as amended or replaced from time to time.

WorkSafeBC means the workers compensation board established and functioning pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) (the “WCA”), as amended, and/or related or successor legislation, and any successors in function thereto;
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia.
WorkSafeBC means the Workers’ Compensation Board of British Columbia, an agency created in 1917 to promote workplace safety, and is that agency’s familiar name.
WorkSafeBC means the Provincial body which is responsible for administering and implementing the WCA, and the OH&S Regulation, and includes the Workers’ Compensation Board;.
WorkSafeBC means the British Columbia Provincial governmental organization by that name which is responsible, inter alia, for promoting workplace health and safety for the workers and employers of British Columbia, and for working with the affected parties to provide return-to-work rehabilitation, compensation, health care benefits and a range of other services, in the event of work-related injuries or diseases suffered by workers in British Columbia. All other capitalized terms used in this Prime Contractor Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Contract Documents of which this Prime Contractor Agreement is a part, as applicable.
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board (British Columbia) an entity created pursuant to the WorkSafeBC Regulations;
WorkSafeBC means the Workers Compensation Board of British Columbia; and “WPP” has the meaning set out in Section 3.6 of this Appendix H – Safety.
