MSQ definition

MSQ means the mental status questionnaire.
MSQ means the maximum quantity of Gas which Seller shall be obligated to supply on a firm basis to Buyer's Delivery Points in a Summer or Winter.
MSQ or “Maximum Storage Quantity” means the maximum quantity of Gas that Bridgeline is obligated to store at any one time for the account of Shipper as specified in an executed Service Agreement providing for Firm or Interruptible Storage Services between Shipper and Bridgeline.

  • Employer agrees that the investment, management, and distribution of amounts deposited in VantageTrust shall be subject to the Declaration of Trust, as it may be amended from time to time and shall also be subject to terms and conditions set forth in disclosure documents (such as the MSQ Disclosures or Employer Bulletins) as those terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time.

  • Customer’s MDIQ, MDRQ, MSQ, MDWQ, MDDQ and injection and withdrawal ratchets are all set forth on Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” if applicable.

  • During any period that Operator is conducting Scheduled Maintenance, the MDIQ, MDWQ, and (if necessary) the MSQ of all Firm Basis storage customers shall be adjusted downward and/or suspended to the extent reasonably necessary.

  • In addition to the charges and rates provided in Article 3 (Rates), Customer shall pay Operator each Month, or portion thereof, during any extended term a fee of twice the then current Storage Fee per MMBtu computed on the MSQ then in effect (the “Extended Term Storage Fee”).


More Definitions of MSQ

MSQ or “Maximum Storage Quantity” means that quantity of Gas specified in the applicable Confirmation which Customer may have in its Gas Storage Inventory Account at any given time under the terms of this Agreement.
MSQ means the maximum MMBtu's of Storage Gas per day that can be withdrawn from storage and delivered into Algonquin for transportation to the City Gate using Buyer's portfolio of Individually-Certificated Capacity Rights and Unbundled Capacity Rights (as reduced by Transportation Shrinkage on Algonquin). The MSQ is additional to the MTQ. It is recognized that the MSQ is a changing quantity which is a function, inter alia, of the balance of working gas credited by Transporter to each storage customer's account, the month in which withdrawals are scheduled, the pipeline capacity of Transporter available from the storage facility to the City Gate, and, for each Transporter, Transportation Shrinkage and the specific terms and conditions of each storage rate schedule and associated transportation rate schedule and general terms and conditions of Transporter applicable to storage customers. Any such change in the MSQ shall not operate to increase or decrease the MTQ or RQ hereunder and Seller shall have no obligation to cover any change in deliveries caused thereby with increased or decreased quantities of Reserved Gas.
MSQ means Maximum Storage Quantity.
MSQ means the Maritime Safety Agency of Queensland established under the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002.
