Storage Customer means that natural person or legal entity or registered partnership that is or intends to become party to an effective storage contract with HanseWerk.

Storage Customer means that specific individual or legal entity which is named Storage Customer on the front page of the Storage Contract, unless nothing to the contrary derives from these GTCSS or where the context requires differently.
