Minimum Trading Amount definition

Minimum Trading Amount means, the minimum number of Certificates that may be traded in a single transaction as specified in the applicable Issue Terms, subject to a minimum of EUR100,000 (or, if the Certificates are denominated in a currency other than euro, the equivalent amount in such currency, determined using the market exchange rate as at the Issue Date).
Minimum Trading Amount means, in respect of any Series, the minimum number (if any) of ETC Securities which may be transferred by a an ETC Holder in a single transaction, as specified in the Final Terms.
Minimum Trading Amount means €2,000,000. ‘NAV per Participating Share’ means the NAV attributable to a Series Account divided by the number of Lead Series Shares or Subsequent Series Shares, as the case may be, subject to such adjustments, if any, as in the opinion of the Directors may be required to ensure a fair value for each Participating Share. ‘Net Asset Value’ and/or ‘NAV’ means the value of all of the Fund’s assets less all of the Fund’s liabilities determined in accordance with the Articles on each Valuation Day. ‘Nominal Shares’ means the Nominal Shares of the Company with a par value of €0.01 each. ‘Offer’ means the offer of Participating Shares. ‘Offer Period’ means the period, commencing on the date of this PPM and ending at such time when the Director may at the sole and absolute discretion determine, when Participating Shares will be available for issue on Subscription Days. ‘Offer Price’ means €1,000 per Participating Share. ‘Ordinary Shares’ means the Ordinary Shares of the Company with a par value of €1.00 each. ‘Participating Shares’ means the Participating Shares of the Company with a par value of €0.01 each. ‘Participating Shareholder’ means a holder of one or more Participating Shares. ‘Performance Fee’ means a Performance Fee payable to the Investment Director as set out as per Section 8.2.2 of this Private Placement Memorandum. ‘Private Placement Memorandum’ or ‘PPM’ means this private placement memorandum, dated 27th September 2023 relating to the Fund.

  • Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).

  • Minimum Investment means an investment in the project of at least two and one‑half million dollars within the investment period. If a county has an average annual unemployment rate of at least twice the state average during the last twenty‑four month period based on data available on the most recent November first, the minimum investment is one million dollars. The department shall designate these reduced investment counties by December thirty‑first of each year using data from the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and the United States Department of Commerce. The designations are effective for a sponsor whose fee agreement is signed in the calendar year following the county designation. For all purposes of this chapter, the minimum investment may include amounts expended by a sponsor or sponsor affiliate as a nonresponsible party in a voluntary cleanup contract on the property pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 56, Title 44, the Brownfields Voluntary Cleanup Program, if the Department of Health and Environmental Control certifies completion of the cleanup.
