Average Daily Trading Volume definition

Average Daily Trading Volume means, with respect to any date, the average of the daily trading volumes for the Class A Common Stock on the Principal Trading Facility for the thirty (30) Trading Days immediately preceding such date.
Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.
Average Daily Trading Volume means the median daily trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock over the most recent five (5) Business Days prior to the respective Purchase Date, as reported by Bloomberg.

  • If the Investor and the Company are unable to promptly resolve such dispute relating to such Average Daily Trading Volume, Purchase Notice Limit, or VWAP (as the case may be), at any time after the second (2nd) Business Day following such initial notice by the Company or the Investor (as the case may be) of such dispute to the Company or the Investor (as the case may be), then the Company and the Investor may select an independent, reputable investment bank as mutually agreed upon to resolve such dispute.

More Definitions of Average Daily Trading Volume

Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the ten Trading Days prior to the date of delivery of the Advance Notice that results from excluding any irregular trading, pre-arranged special crossings, off market transfers, Block Trades or abnormal trades which the Investor had no opportunity to participate and (ii) the four highest trading volume days and four lowest trading volume day such ten Trading Day period.
Average Daily Trading Volume means, with respect to a Normal Course Issuer Bid, the trading volume for a listed security on all marketplaces for the six months preceding the date of Filing of a Form 20A (excluding any purchases made under a Normal Course Issuer Bid, all marketplace purchases by the issuer of the listed security, a Person acting jointly or in concert with the issuer, and all purchases made under section 7.19(1)(b)) divided by the number of trading days during that period. If the securities have traded for less than six months, the trading volume on all marketplaces since the first day on which the security traded, which must be at least four weeks prior to the date of Filing of Form 20A.
Average Daily Trading Volume means, in respect of a Share, the sum of Daily Trading Volumes over a specified period divided by the number of Exchange Trading Days that fall in the specified period.
Average Daily Trading Volume shall have the definition given for “ADTV” in Regulation M promulgated by the Commission and as in effect on the date hereof.
