Section 8.2.2. 22 No employee with less than a twelve (12) month assignment may take time off during the 23 school year and have it credited against vacation accumulation. Those employees who work 24 less than their full annual assignment will receive vacation credit according to the number of 25 hours worked in the year.
Section 8.2.2. 31 Less than full-time secretarial employees subject to this Agreement shall receive vacation with pay 32 prorated based on the schedule in Section 8.2.1 (e.g., ten (10) month employees shall receive 33 10/12 of full-time employees’ schedule). 34
Section 8.2.2. 11 Time on layoff and time on authorized leave of absence will be counted as continuous service 12 for the purpose of retaining eligibility dates.

Section 8.2.2. 44 All other employees subject to this Agreement shall be credited with hours of vacation credit, 45 based on hours worked during the period July 1 to June 30. Such vacation credit shall be 46 earned, vested and used as designated in this Article. Employees denied paid vacation 47 eligibility pursuant to the terms of the previous language of this section shall be credited with 1 hours of paid vacation credit, consistent with this section, effective upon ratification of this
Section 8.2.2. 39 Upon completion of the tenth (10th) year of service with the District, each full-time twelve (12) 40 month employee shall be granted one point five (1.5) days paid vacation for each month worked 41 after the tenth (10th) year.
