Number of Certificates definition

Number of Certificates means the number of Energy Savings Certificates permitted to be created by an Accredited Certificate Provider for Energy Savings calculated in accordance with clause 6.5 and the methods set out in clause 7, 7A, 8 or 9.
Number of Certificates means the total number of Certificates (including for these purposes Custodian Certificates) outstanding on any date on which such number is to be determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion;
Number of Certificates means the number of Peak Reduction Certificates permitted to be created by an Accredited Certificate Provider for Peak Demand Reduction Capacity calculated in accordance with the clauses and methods in this Rule.

  • The Number of Certificates is 1,000,000 in the Specified Denomination of EUR.

  • An Accredited Certificate Provider may only create a certain Number of Certificates in respect of the Energy Savings arising from a Recognised Energy Saving Activity, calculated in accordance with Equation 1.

More Definitions of Number of Certificates

Number of Certificates means the number of Energy Savings Certificates to be created by an Accredited Certificate Provider for Energy Savings calculated in accordance with the methods set out in clause 7, 8 or 9 (as the case may be).

  • Classes of Certificates Each of the Class A and Class B Certificates will consist of one or more classes with the prior consent of Wells Fargo Asset Securities Xxxxoration (the "Seller"), which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
