MI Reporting Template definition
MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;
MI Reporting Template means the document (included as an annex to the DPF41 Contract offer letter) as amended in accordance with Condition 41;

Examples of MI Reporting Template in a sentence
The Contractor shall use the initial MI Reporting Template and which may be changed from time to time (including the data required and/or format) by the Authority by issuing a replacement version.
The initial MI Reporting Template is set out in the Annex to this Framework Schedule 9.
The Authority shall give notice in writing of any such change to the MI Reporting Template and shall specify the date from which the replacement MI Reporting Template must be used for future MI Reports which date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice.

The Service Provider shall: subject to Clause 25.7, advertise on Contracts Finder all subcontract opportunities arising from or in connection with the provision of the Services above the Minimum Threshold that arise during the Term; within 90 days of awarding a subcontract advertised in accordance with Clause 25.5.1 to a subcontractor, update the notice on Contracts Finder with details of the successful subcontractor; monitor the number, type and value of the subcontract opportunities placed on Contracts Finder advertised and awarded in its supply chain during the Term; provide reports on the information at Clause 25.5.3 to the Fund in the format and frequency as reasonably specified by the Fund; and promote Contracts Finder to its suppliers and encourage those organisations to register on Contracts Finder. Each advert referred to in Clause 25.5 shall provide a full and detailed description of the subcontract opportunity with each of the mandatory fields being completed on Contracts Finder by the Service Provider. The obligation in Clause 25.5 shall only apply in respect of subcontract opportunities arising after the date on which the Fund awarded the Contract to the Service Provider. Notwithstanding Clause 25.5, the Contracting Authority may by giving its prior written approval, agree that a subcontract opportunity is not required to be advertised on Contracts Finder. In addition to any other management information requirements set out in this Contract, the Service Provider agrees and acknowledges that it shall, at no charge, provide timely, full, accurate and complete SME and VCSE management information reports to the Fund which incorporate the data described in the MI Reporting Template which is: the total contract revenue received directly on this Contract; the total value of sub-contracted revenues under the Contract (including revenues for non-SMEs/non-VCSEs); and the total value of any sub-contracted revenues to SMEs and VCSEs. The reports to be provided under Clause 25.9 shall be provided in the correct format as required by the MI Reporting Template and any guidance issued by the Fund from time to time. MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Sched- ule 5 (Management Charges and Information) setting out the infor- mation the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;
