CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® definition

CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package®. Collectively:
CREFC® Investor Reporting Package®. The collection of reports specified by the CREFC® from time to time as the “CREFC Investor Reporting Package®.” As of the Closing Date, the CREFC Investor Reporting Package® contains seven electronic files ((1) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (2) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (3) CREFC® Property File, (4) CREFC® Bond Level File, (5) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (6) CREFC® Financial File and (7) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File) and nine surveillance reports ((1) CREFC® Servicer Watch List, (2) CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report, (3) CREFC® REO Status Report, (4) CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report, (5) CREFC® Historical Loan Modification and Corrected Mortgage Loan Report, (6) CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report, (7) CREFC® NOI Adjustment Worksheet, (8) CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report and (9) with respect to Mortgage Loans that have a Companion Loan, the CREFC® Total Loan Report). In addition, the CREFC Investor Reporting Package® shall include the CREFC® Advance Recovery Report. In addition, the CREFC Investor Reporting Package® shall include the following nine templates: (1) CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Template, (2) CREFC® Servicer Realized Loss Template, (3) CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Template, (4) CREFC® Historical Bond/Collateral Realized Loss Reconciliation Template, (5) CREFC® Historical Liquidation Loss Template, (6) CREFC® Interest Shortfall Reconciliation Template, (7) CREFC® Loan Modification Report, (8) CREFC® Loan Liquidation Report and (9) CREFC® REO Liquidation Report. The CREFC Investor Reporting Package® shall be substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable forms of the “CREFC® IRP” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information or reports as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage backed securities transactions generally.   • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).

  • CREFC® Special Servicer Property File The data file in the “CREFC® Special Servicer Property File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report The report in the “Total Loan Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Monthly Investor Report has the meaning stated in Section 3.5(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • insider report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Financial File The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
