Withheld Amount definition

Withheld Amount means any amount required to be withheld by the Partnership to pay over to any taxing authority as a result of any allocation or distribution of income to a Partner.
Withheld Amount. With respect to (a) each Interest Reserve Loan and (b) each Distribution Date occurring in (i) January of each calendar year that is not a leap year and (ii) February of each calendar year, an amount equal to one day's interest at the related Mortgage Rate (less any Servicing Fee payable therefrom) on the respective Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, to the extent that a Monthly Payment or Delinquency Advance is made in respect thereof.
Withheld Amount means any amount required to be withheld by the Partnership with respect to a Limited Partner and paid over to any taxing authority as a result of any allocation or distribution of income to a Limited Partner or any other transaction. Certain additional terms and phrases have the meanings set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Withheld Amount in a sentence

  • On such date, the Issuer shall be bound to pay such Withheld Amount together with interest accrued on it.

  • Interest accrued on any Withheld Amount shall be paid net of any taxes required by applicable law to be withheld or deducted and the Issuer shall not be obliged to pay any additional amount in respect of any such withholding or deduction.

  • If subsequently it shall be or become lawful to pay any Withheld Amount to the relevant Noteholders or Couponholders or if such payment is possible as soon as any doubt as to the validity or applicability of any such law, regulation or order as is mentioned in Condition 9(a)(i) or 9(b)(ii) (as the case may be) above is resolved, notice shall be given in accordance with Condition 13.

  • If a GDR Holder accepts the Tender Offer prior to the first Settlement Date but the evidence as to tax residence, original purchase price and incorporation or citizenship is not received or outstanding queries are not resolved by the first Settlement Date, that GDR Holder’s proceeds of the Tender Offer may be subject to a higher Withheld Amount than would otherwise be the case.

  • The notice will give the date on which the Withheld Amount and the interest accrued on it will be paid.

Withheld Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(c) hereof.
Withheld Amount means the amount withheld under subregulation (2)(b) plus interest on that amount accrued under subregulation (3).
