Trust Loans definition

Trust Loans means, collectively, the Trust Series C-1 Loan, the Trust Series C-2 Loan, the Trust Series D-1 Loan, the Trust Series D-2 Loan, the Trust Series E-1 Loan and the Trust Series E-2 Loan.
Trust Loans means those Student Loans that, as of any date of determination, have been conveyed to the Issuer, consisting of the Initial Financed Student Loans as of the Closing Date and, thereafter, any Serial Loans conveyed to the Issuer from the Seller as provided in Section 2.02 of the Loan Sale Agreement and any Qualified Substitute Student Loans conveyed to the Issuer from the Seller as provided in Section 3.02 of the Loan Sale Agreement.
Trust Loans means the notes, debentures, bonds, and other evidences of indebtedness or obligations acquired or entered into by the Trust which are secured or collateralized by personal property or fee or leasehold interests in real estate or other assets, including, but not limited to,

Examples of Trust Loans in a sentence

  • Legal title to all of the Interim Trust Loans shall be vested at all times in the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of and for the benefit of the Depositor.

  • The Interim Eligible Lender Trustee is also authorized and directed on behalf and for the benefit of the Depositor to acquire and hold legal title to the Interim Trust Loans and to take all actions required of the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to the Purchase Agreements, the Sale Agreement and this Agreement.

  • It is and will maintain its status as an “eligible lender” (as such term is defined in Section 435(d) of the Higher Education Act) for purposes of holding legal title to the Interim Trust Loans as contemplated by this Agreement, the Purchase Agreements and the Sale Agreement.

  • The Depositor intends that the conveyance of the Depositor’s right, title and interest in and to the Trust Loans pursuant to this Agreement shall constitute a sale and not a pledge of security for a loan.

  • Except as set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, the Trustee or the Certificate Administrator, as applicable, shall bear all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of each other party hereto and each Rating Agency in connection with its resignation (including, but not limited to, the costs of assigning Trust Loans by reason of change in Trustee).

  • The VG Funding Eligible Lender Trustee shall not otherwise deal with the Interim Trust Loans except in accordance with the powers granted to and the authority conferred upon the VG Funding Eligible Lender Trustee pursuant to this Agreement and the VG Funding Purchase Agreement.

  • Legal title to all of the Interim Trust Loans shall be vested at all times in the VG Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of and for the benefit of VG Funding.

Trust Loans means the notes, debentures, bonds, and other ----------- evidences of indebtedness or obligations acquired or entered into by the Trust which are secured or collateralized by personal property or fee or leasehold interests in real estate or other assets, including, but not limited to, first mortgage loans, junior mortgage loans, construction loans, development loans, equipment loans, loans secured by general or limited partnership interests, capital stock, or any other assets or form of equity interest or guarantee of the Borrower, and any other type of loan or financial arrangement, such as providing or arranging for letters of credit, providing guarantees of obligations to third parties, or providing commitments for Trust Loans.
Trust Loans means the SBA 504 Loans and the other commercial loans identified in Section 2 of the Phase I Loan Schedule and Section 2 of the October Loan Schedule.
Trust Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.2.

Related to Trust Loans

  • Trust Loan means the portion of the Mortgage Loan evidenced by the Lead Securitization Notes.

  • Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

  • Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such Interim Eligible Lender Trustee under the Interim Trust Agreement.

  • Note A-2 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Note A-3 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.
