Serviced Mortgage Loan definition

Serviced Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

Serviced Mortgage Loan means each Mortgage Loan (including a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan), other than any Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

Serviced Mortgage Loan. Any Mortgage Loan other than a Non-Trust-Serviced Pooled Mortgage Loan, if any.
