Other Collections definition

Other Collections means all collections and proceeds on or in respect of the Mortgage Loans or REO Properties (other than Principal Collections, Interest Collections, Operation Proceeds and Sale Proceeds) and excluding collections required to be paid to a Mortgagor on the Mortgage Loans or held for the Mortgagor, whether or not in escrow, including, without limitation, collections for taxes and insurance.
Other Collections means, with respect to any Collection Period, all funds collected or received by the Administrative Agent during such Collection Period relating to assets that are not Trust Assets, including receivables relating to (i) the lease, maintenance, repair, fueling, sale, exchange, disposition or rental of vehicles (other than Vehicles) or (ii) any agreement relating to such assets, including vehicle lease agreements, short-term and long-term vehicle rental, maintenance or repair agreements (including long-term maintenance contracts and agreements for isolated repairs on a retail or "sales and service" basis), work-out agreements, guarantee agreements, letters of credit, security deposit agreements and vehicle sale or remarketing agreements.
Other Collections means any amounts deposited into a Concentration Account that are not readily identifiable as Franchisee Payments, Company-Owned Stores License Fees, Third-Party License Fees, Product Purchase Payments, Co-Issuers Insurance Proceeds, Asset Disposition Proceeds, Excluded Amounts, Retained Collections Contributions, Indemnification Payments or Investment Income earned with respect to amounts on deposit in any Concentration Account and any fees paid by a Non-Securitization Entity to compensate the Co-Issuers for the cost of the issuance and maintenance of any Holdco Letter of Credit.

  • Defaulted Receivables means any Receivable (a) on which any installment is unpaid more than sixty (60) days past its original due date or (b) where the Servicer’s records show that the Obligor has suffered an Insolvency Event.
