Amounts deposited in the Pool Custodial Account pursuant to this paragraph shall constitute "Liquidation Proceeds" for all purposes of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (other than Section 3.11(c) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement).

Any amounts held in the Pool Custodial Account for future distribution and so used to make P&I Advances shall be appropriately reflected in the Master Servicer's records and replaced by the Master Servicer by deposit in the Pool Custodial Account on or before the next succeeding applicable Determination Date (to the extent not previously replaced through the deposit of Late Collections of the delinquent principal and interest in respect of which such P&I Advances were made).

The Master Servicer shall, within one (1) Business Day of receipt thereof, deposit into the Pool Custodial Account all amounts received by it from any Outside Servicer or any other party under the related Outside Servicing Agreement and/or the related Co-Lender Agreement with respect to any Outside Serviced Trust Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgaged Property or any related REO Property.
The Pool Custodial Account shall be maintained as a segregated account, separate and apart from trust funds created for mortgage-backed securities of other series and the other accounts of the Master Servicer.
The foregoing requirements for deposit in the Pool Custodial Account shall be exclusive.
