Final Distribution Date definition

Final Distribution Date. The Distribution Date on which the final distribution in respect of the Certificates is made pursuant to Section 9.01.

More Definitions of Final Distribution Date

Final Distribution Date. The Distribution Date on which the final distribution is to be made with respect to the Certificates in connection with a termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to Article IX.
