The Master Servicer shall be entitled to recover unpaid Servicing Fees in respect of any applicable Mortgage Loan, Companion Loan or REO Loan out of that portion of related payments, Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds, Liquidation Proceeds and REO Revenues (in the case of an REO Loan) allocable as recoveries of interest, to the extent permitted by Section 3.05(a).
The Special Servicer shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, in the REO Account, within two (2) Business Days after receipt of properly identified funds (so long as such funds are not otherwise used in connection with any REO Property pursuant to Section 3.14(c)), all REO Revenues, Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds received in respect of an REO Property.
