Initial Distribution Date definition

Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.

  • TREATMENT OF CLASSIFIED CLAIMS AND INTERESTS The holders of Allowed Claims in each Class shall receive the following distributions where applicable, on or after the Initial Distribution Date, unless another date is otherwise provided for herein or elsewhere under the Plan.
