Landlord shall not be required to (a) furnish any services, including utilities, or facilities to the Property, (b) make any repairs, replacements, alterations, restorations or renewals of any nature to the Property, whether ordinary or extraordinary, structural or non-structural, foreseen or unforeseen, or to make any expenditure whatsoever with respect thereto, except as set forth herein or in the Master Leasing Agreement, or (c) maintain the Property in any way.
