Hotel Management Agreement definition

Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreement or operating agreement pursuant to which a Hotel Operator manages the operations of a Hotel Asset.
Hotel Management Agreement means any management agreements between a Hotel Management Company and Lessee and/or Landlord, as applicable, as such management agreements are amended from time to time for the Hotel.
Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

More Definitions of Hotel Management Agreement

Hotel Management Agreement means each management agreement relating to a Hotel Real Property of a Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof. For clarity, Hotel Management Agreement shall not include any management agreement relating to a Hotel Real Property that is not owned by the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower.
Hotel Management Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Management Agreement entered into as of April l, 2011 by and between the Borrower and the Hotel Manager, together with all riders, addenda and other instruments referred to therein, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
