PILOT Agreement definition

PILOT Agreement means the Agreement for Payments in Lieu of Ad Valorem Taxes entered into by and among the Board, the Company, the City and the County.
PILOT Agreement means a payment-in-lieu of tax agreement entered into between the Borrower or a Restricted Subsidiary and a Governmental Authority.
PILOT Agreement means the Payment in Lieu of Taxes Agreement dated as of December 1, 2019.

PILOT Agreement means that certain Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement dated June 15, 2017, by and between the IDB and RHP, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

PILOT Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Agency Lease Agreement effective as of the date hereof by and between the New York City Industrial Development Agency (the “IDA”) and Landlord, as the same may be modified from time to time.
