Management Company Employees definition

Management Company Employees means individuals employed by a Person providing management services to the Corporation, which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Corporation, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Management Company Employees means an individual employed by person providing management services to the Corporation, which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Corporation, but excluding a person engaged and Investor Relation Activities;
Management Company Employees means the employees of a person or company which provides management services to the Corporation or its affiliates.

  • For stock options to Employees, Consultants, Consultant Companies or Management Company Employees, the Company is representing herein and in the applicable Stock Option Agreement that the Optionee is a bona fide Employee, Consultant, Consultant Company or Management Company Employee, as the case may be, of the Company or its subsidiary.
