Investor Relations. Provide fair and accurate analysis of Dominion and its operating subsidiaries and its outlook within the financial community. Enhance Dominion’s position in the energy industry. Balance and diversify shareholder investment in Dominion through a wide range of activities. Provide feedback to Dominion and its operating subsidiaries regarding investor concerns, trading and ownerships. Hold periodic analysts meetings, and provide various operating data as requested or required by investors.
Investor Relations. Assistance in the preparation and coordination of: (i) annual and other reports to shareholders; (ii) presentations to the public; (iii) public relations; (iv) marketing materials; (v) internet website; and (vi) investor relations services.
Investor Relations. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain and execute an active investor relations program for a period of twelve (12) months following the Closing Date.

Investor Relations. The Manager shall assist the Board in all aspects relevant to investor relations, including, but not limited to communications with media and the public in general in respect of the Company’s performance. These services shall include the presentation of the Company’s quarterly and annual reports to investors in general.
Investor Relations. For so long as any Subscriber holds Securities, the Company shall engage an investor relations firm and public relations firm, acceptable to the investor set forth on Exhibit F (the “Lead Investor”).
